It is very easy to become a "CI KnitStar"™ dealer in your working area. In order to do so, please provide the relevant information about your business to us.
Kindly use your login ID and password information to place the order online through this website.
Alternatively, you can place your order through email at sales@knitstar.eu or at ci.knitstar@gmail.com mentioning your product requirements. Kindly note that we have a system of sending order confirmation within 24 working hours after we have received your order either online through website or through email.
We do request all our prospective trade partners to take a note of the following order value, payment, supply and shipping norms as well:
MINIMUM ORDER VALUE
Our minimum order value is Euro 400. Kindly note that there is no MOQ i.e. minimum order quantity for any item and the dealers can order as many items as they may like but keeping the total order value at least Euro 400.
PAYMENT TERMS
We have our company bank account for remittance of funds. We provide our bank account information to our dealers after we have got their confirmed orders.
We would supply the order only after we have received the complete payment in advance towards your order.
SUPPLY NORMS
We usually dispatch the goods within two weeks of your order. However, it is always subject to the quantum of your order and availability of goods at the time of dispatch. Like for large quantity orders, we prepare a dispatch schedule keeping in view your urgent requirement, get your confirmation on the schedule and ensure the shipping accordingly.
SHIPPING MODE AND CHARGES
We normally dispatch the goods through air transport on a freight pre-paid basis unless any other mode specified by the dealer.
Kindly note that our dealers are not required to pay any freight and insurance charge till the delivery of goods at their place and pay only the customs duty and VAT charges applicable on the knitting needles and accessories in their respective country.
